Your videos on the website were also very helpful, and we are very impressed with the quality of the instruments - and for an excellent price! We also felt very good about the fact that we are contributing to your charitable gifts to schools, so less fortunate students have the opportunity to learn to play the violin. We recently purchased a violin as a birthday gift for our soon-to-be five-year old daughter. From the minute we placed our order, we were beyond impressed and amazed with the exceptional customer service we received. Jason called before sending the instrument out to make sure we didn't have any specific requests for how the instrument was to be set up. The instrument arrived sooner than we expected, and we LOVED how it was packaged....quotes from the Dalai Lama, Oprah, and Norman Vaughan; as well as a handwritten message for our daughter adorned the outside of the cardboard shipping package. The violin was in beautiful shape when it arrived, and the case contained a special handwritten birthday message for our daughter. We are so proud to support a company that makes giving back to its community such a priority. The school donation program that we were able to be a part of makes this purchase even more worthwhile. It is so rare to find people and companies who take such pride in their work, and who take customer service to the level that Mozart Violins does. Working with them has been a complete pleasure!

You should have seen Andrew's smile when your package arrived! We watched your video on how to replace a string and how to tune the violin. Andrew dutifully followed the instructions and was playing joyfully soon thereafter.

I was looking for a beginner's violin so I went online and found these amazing violins for only $179 including the case. I called the number and a nice gentlemen by the name of Jason picked up the phone and answered all of my questions since I don't know anything about violins and the next day I picked up the instrument. I recommend this company to anyone; they really go the extra mile to help you and take their time to answer all your questions.
